    Dr. Sandersan Onie is a world leading mental health and suicide prevention expert, who is passionate about seeing a world without suicide and self-harm and a shareholder and board chair of Wellspring Indonesia. He has led the Indonesian National Suicide Prevention Strategy with the Ministry of Health, is the elected National Representative for Indonesia at the International Association for Suicide Prevention, and consults for the World Health Organization Headquarters in Geneva for the Mental Health and Substance Use Unit, to advise governments and regions across the globe on their mental health programs. He authored the first Indonesian Mental Health First Aid Booklet, published by Kompas Gramedia, and has been featured on platforms such as TED, South by Southwest and Forbes. He holds a research fellowship at the Black Dog Institute, Sydney, Australia, an adjunct Professorship at Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia and a visiting research affiliation at Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.

    dr. Jiemi Ardian is a nationally leading psychiatrist passionate about seeing people overcome their trauma and a shareholder of Wellspring Indonesia. His research encompasses new culturally sensitive ways to health trauma, including a method called Emotion Releasing Process. He is Indonesia’s leading voice in psychiatric education and advocacy with a following of over 800 thousand people on various platforms. He has authored best selling books such as “Merawat Luka Batin” dan “Love Yourself”, featured on TED for his talk ‘Happiness and Laughter Not By Consumerism and Social Media’ and frequently gives talks to multinational companies and national media, such as YouTube, Kick Andy and many more.

    Ms. Anna Surti Ariani (Nina) is a nationally leading clinical psychologist passionate about seeing healthier families, and a shareholder of Wellspring Indonesia. She has taken an active role in shaping the country’s psychological landscape, most notably as the lead for the province of DKI Jakarta in the Indonesian Clinical Psychologist Association (IPK Indonesia, 2019-2023), and part of their national council, providing expert advice to various government agencies on health policy, disaster management and capacity building for psychological first aid and spearheading many developments in the country.

    Given her expertise, she also advises the Family Commission of the National Bishop’s Council, overseeing over 8 million people in Indonesia. She is a prominent figure in media, frequently appearing on many national and international media outlets such as Kompas, Media Indonesia, Suara.com, and Hendersonville Times News.

    Ms. Tatiana Basuki (Anna) is a registered Clinical Psychologist experienced working with clients for the past 16 years from different cultural, economic and social backgrounds. Her counseling approach evolves and adapts to clients’ needs. She applies a Gestalt and body-mind-soul perspectives within a psychogenealogy & transgenerational transmitted issues framework. This means that she holds in mind the patterns of behavior, thoughts and emotions that have arisen in response to relationships and experiences within members of the client’s family tree up to three-four-or more generations before.

    The integrative psychotherapy is aimed to develop deeper levels of awareness, and move towards more conscious choice-making, leading to a more integrated lifestyle. She assists clients to go inward to identify their strengths and develop more nurturing, self-empowering behaviors and perspectives.

    Anna has taken an active role in shaping the country’s psychological landscape, most notably as leading the Strategic Partnership and Alliance Division Jakarta Chapter in the Indonesian Clinical Psychologist Association (IPK Indonesia, 2019-2023).

    Prior to becoming a Clinical Psychologist, she worked in an international oil and gas company for over 15 years. Her experience in a corporate environment brings additional value to her knowledge in group dynamics and leadership skills.

    Ms. Febiana Pratomo (Febi) is a child clinical psychologist experienced in working with families and children of different ages for the past 14 years. Throughout her career as a psychologist and early childhood educator, she strengthen her passion in helping families to have a healthy relationship based on building secure attachment from an early age. Related to this, most of her work is helping children with emotional problems.

    In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Febi is actively involved in social services such as teaching children at communities and volunteering at Integrated Health Center (Posyandu). Her experiences bring additional value to her work in advocating mental health on a wider range. She believes that it takes a village to raise a child.

    With 19 years of diverse experience in the field of psychology, Mario has worked in various roles, starting as a school psychologist and extending to international non-profit organizations.

    Mario’s approach incorporates Brainspotting and Mindful Self-Compassion techniques to assist clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.

    Mario has been heavily involved in Employee Assistance Programs, facilitating mental health needs for professionals in various workplaces. One of his roles was as a well-being counselor for staff at the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) in Jakarta in 2023 and 2024.

    Other issues Mario has addressed include mental health for refugee communities in Indonesia.

    Mario is also an active speaker at seminars on topics such as family, children and adolescents, and trauma.

    Currently, Mario is also involved as a National Facilitator on the School Violence Prevention and Handling Team with the Character Education Center.

In her sessions, she offers not only psychological expertise but also a safe, calm, and grounded presence. At the heart of her approach is a desire to see women feel empowered and flourish in their own purpose.

    Kezia earned her undergraduate degree from Newcastle University before completing a Master’s in Adult Clinical Psychology, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian from the University of Indonesia.

    Beyond the therapy room, Kezia is passionate about community mental health. She has spoken at various events and organized a global support group that met 'Over Dinner' during the pandemic. Her commitment to vulnerable groups also extends to working with displaced individuals in the UK through an internationally awarded project, and with remote communities in Indonesia through an international NGO.

    Outside of her clinical work, Kezia finds joy in cooking, writing, and filling her home with the smell of freshly baked banana bread.

    Dr. Dimas is a psychiatrist with a strong focus on trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and young adulthood. He completed his study in psychiatry at Sebelas Maret University and currently serves as a lecturer at Negeri Malang University. In addition to his academic role, he is an active member of the university’s mental health team, providing care and support for students and the academic community.

    With extensive experience in managing stress and trauma among young adults, especially university students, Dr. Dimas regularly participates in talk shows, seminars, and training programs related to mental health awareness and education. His approach combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the psychological challenges faced by today's youth.
