Step 1: Find your recommended therapist
Whether you're a new client or returning after some time away, start by filling out the therapist matching intake form available on the Wellspring website. Expect a response from Wellspring admin within 48 hours with therapist recommendations tailored to your current needs.
Step 2: Schedule your session
Once you receive therapist recommendations, or if you have a preferred therapist, our Wellspring admin will provisionally book an available slot that suits your preferred date and time. However appointment will not be confirmed until you submit payment.
Step 3: Submit payment
After scheduling your session, make a manual transfer to the bank details provided by Wellspring. Ensure the payment is completed and then submit the payment proof to Wellspring admin via WhatsApp. This step confirms your booking and secures your session slot.

We currently accept manual bank transfers for payment of counseling sessions at Wellspring Clinic. Once you've scheduled your session, you'll need to make full payment to the bank details provided. After making the transfer, please ensure to submit the payment proof to our administration team via WhatsApp to confirm your booking. We're working to expand our payment options in the future to provide greater convenience for our clients.

Counseling sessions at Wellspring typically last for 50 minutes regardless of individual or group - allowing ample time for meaningful discussion and therapeutic progress. However, session duration may vary depending on individual therapist preferences and scheduling constraints. Your therapist will discuss session length with you during your initial consultation to ensure it meets your needs.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your counseling appointment. If you need to make changes to your session, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do so by contacting our administration team via Whatsapp or email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid any cancellation fees.

Currently we offer limited online counselling support. Only Dr. Sandersan Onie offers teletherapy or online counseling services for clients who prefer to meet with their therapist remotely. Teletherapy sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home. We are working to expand our online services in he near future.
